We focus on complete case + strap conversion kits designed around the Royal Pop form. Each kit is made to help transform the original watch format into a wrist-ready setup without glue, drilling, or permanent modification.

Our product direction is simple: offer two clear material choices.

The Steel Series is made for a sharper, more structured metal look.

The Bioceramic Series is made for a lighter, sportier, more colorful feel.

Each kit includes the conversion case and selected strap setup. The Royal Pop watch itself is not included.
