Return & Refund Policy
At Royal Pop Accessories, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it for any reason.
If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, request a return, or apply for a refund after this period, please contact us at support@royalpopaccessories.com as soon as possible.
We will review your request based on the current order status. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available, and you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
Return & Refund Request Window
You may contact us to request a return or refund from 24 hours after placing your order until 7 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Reason for return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns caused by defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@royalpopaccessories.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Customized or personalized items
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior return approval

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at support@royalpopaccessories.com.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
