You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it for any reason. If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, packed, or shipped. If you wish to cancel or request a refund after this period, please contact us as soon as possible at support@royalpopaccessories.com. We will review your request based on the current order status.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available, and you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

Our standard shipping fee is $10 USD. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD. Customers may upgrade to FedEx, UPS, or other available expedited shipping services for an additional $25 USD, depending on destination and carrier availability.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Royal Pop Accessories is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You may contact us to request a return or refund from 24 hours after placing your order until 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
